Chat assistance
Chat 7346635 with Seth regarding the addition of subsequent years to a purchased subscription. The instructions in the User Guide were not accurate and Seth was able to able to assist with the necessary steps and subsequently reviewed my account to make sure the entries were posted. Excellent customer service!

MacBook Pro connectivity issues with NordVPN
I had connectivity issues with NordVPN, I couldn't connect to any server on my MacBook Pro. Then I got in touch with the support team, in my case was with Marceline & Manu. Their expertise, knowledge, and willingness, helped me to fix the issue.

It's ok but read this before taking the plunge with NORD
I live outside of the UK and like to watch iplayer amongst other channels. NORD was a good choice as Express was regularly out of action (probably because they are one of the biggest and always targeted by the BBC) so I now use NORD. It is not great though, yes it does enable watching the channels I want but it also throttles back the speed of connection (in my case from 60+MBPS to around 3) which means I have a lot of buffering, sometimes it's just unwatchable. Best support I have ever seen
I wasn't able to use the application because it doesn't run in Turkey but I have to say this is the Best support I have ever seen, martin was patient and very helpful and tried to make it work and kept working with me for over an hour app coverage is not the same but I wish i was able to use just because of the support
