I have had quite a bit of trouble getting NordVPN to work on my smart TV, but every time I have contacted their chat support I have received great help very quickly. Today I chatted with Arthur who helped me really well. I am very happy with the service :)

It was the best VPN I've ever used

It was the best VPN I've ever used, I canceled my subscription though because I simply barely used it. However, their customer service to cancel my subscription was lovely, patient, helpful and all the process was done hassle-free in less than a minute. Fantastic service! I will count on them again if I ever need a VPN!

Det er næsten umuligt at slette sin bruger eller bare stoppe med at betale til det, dårlig hjemmeside, dårlig app, dårlig kundeservice.De trækker automatisk penge hver måned og jeg har prøvet at stoppe mine betaliger i næsten 2 måneder, kundeservice hjælper ikke særligt meget og hjemmeside + app kan jeg ikke finde noget omkring det.

I purchased NORD VPN several years ago, and I tried to like it. The problem is nearly every website that I was worried about would not open unless I turned off the VPN. So, not really the idea of having protection, if you have to turn it off whenever you really need it -- like banks and securities account.I did try very hard to get help. Undvik att teckna avtal med detta företag. Visste inte ens att jag hade ett avtal, men helt plötsligt drogs pengar på mitt kreditkort. Jag har blivit debiterad för en två års period och när jag kontaktar dem om en förklaring och återbetalning så är det omöjligt. No longer trustworthy

Ignore paid for pc-magazine reviews - the product sucks now. The usability on this client gets worse and worse now the biggest annoyance is that you CANT switch off harrassing popups about updates, every couple of minutes it will take over your screen.
