No longer trust NordVPN with my Credit Card info:(
I no longer trust NordVPN with my credit card information because they billed me for 2 years of NordLocker without my permission. I signed up for a trial of NordLocker and the promo specifically said I would not be charged further at the end of the trial; that was a lie. I did not spot the first year they charged me but I spotted the second time immediately. I will give them one point, only.And that's for a functional VPNThis company is a scam, you cannot even cancel the subs yourself !!!You have to go through their live chat customer service, and they will offer you a chance to cancel it. This is so wired!!!!

No More Logging In On Update
I have been really annoyed with the desktop software update process logging me out of the application after the update. While not feature-breaking, it is annoying. This last update that was applied to my desktop kept me logged in and I am extremely happy about that.

The best Customer Service experience ever
Just had a long chat with Karen from NordVPN. She went all-out in trying to explain and help me with the issues I had connecting to Netflix while being connected through NordVPN on Android TV and on MacBook. It appears EU policy prevents Netflix users from switching instantly between catalogs of different EU countries after getting connected to another country’s VPN server.
