Non sono contento per la politica aziendale. mi e scaduto l abbonamento triennale e non ho trovato la voce "rinnova" ma solo Aggiorna il tuo abbonamento , in pratica avrei dovuto fare un nuovo abbonamento a prezzo superiore al primo pari al 30% circa. Ho deciso di cambiare provider anche perche NORDVPN non da un servizio migliore di altri provider.......Piu o meno si equivalgono tanto vale passare ad altro e risparmiarte..... Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto se sono spiacenti ma non hanno ...

Even though I had no problems with Nord…

Even though I had no problems with Nord VPN my brother signed up and opted to pay by direct debit. He received an email to say the direct debit had been set up. He went on the app and it asked him to choose a plan. He did this but then after putting in his card details it said the card couldn't be verified. Yet a direct debit had already been set up so why couldn't it verify his card and why isn't his Nord account active? We've spoken to his bank and there's no reason his can't can't be ...

Intentionally difficult to cancel subscription

Seems shady to me, but they make you search around for a way to cancel, and you have to email support, there's no simple in-app button or anything, and argue against a refund.The service itself is fine from what I saw, I meant to cancel much earlier, just trying it out, but they made that part difficult.

I was struggling with a streaming site and I came to live chat support and spoke to someone I believe is called ‘Joe’ and he was so patient even with my technical difficulties, when I disconnected and was given to another operator he transferred me immediately so it wouldn’t build up and confusion - the agent I was speaking to have me so many tips and was more than helpful however in the end we came to the conclusion that it is an issue on the streaming services part - 9.5/10 experience ...

I need a VPN service in a pinch and NordVPN was cheap, fast and reliable. Upon signing up, I was able to connect right away on all my devices and using the VPN sorted the issue I was facing.Upon no longer requiring the VPN services, I spoke to Hazel in Customer Care who was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and to the point. Hazel cancelled my subscription swiftly.
