its just bad service doesn't even work properly for connecting UK . they charge you automatically with out any warning if you get the monthly subscription, then you go to speak to an agent and you even get worse communication dont even want to help , you could get a way cheaper VPN at least would do the same job. you dont switch on auto-renewal but they do it with out your knowledge .amazing

Ohne Passwortänderung keine Computerarbeit möglich

Ich hasse Unternehmen, die bei ihren Nutzern ein bestimmtes Verhalten erzwingen. NordVPN erzwingt regelmäßig die Änderung des Passwortes, ansonsten kann man den Service nicht nutzen. Hehres Ziel, aber nicht so. NordVPN geht sogar weiter. Selbst wenn die App nicht geöffnet ist, man sie also nicht nutzt, wird man auf dem Bildschirm solange dazu gezwungen, bis das Passwort geändert wurde. Das ist ein derart unverschämter Eingriff, dass ich so ein Verhalten mit der Mindestbewertung beantworte.

Great support experience

Had connectivity issues which started a few weeks ago. I was able to connect to the VPN server but was not able to access the internet when connected. I used the chat feature and support was able to resolve the issue even though it took about an hour and a few reboots (turns out my antivirus was interfering with the connection).

Difficult to cancel and don't honor refunds

They don't make it clear the subscription will auto-renew, nor is there an easy way to cancel the renewal from the account page. They also don't honor the 30 day refund policy on these forced renewals. "Customer service" was totally useless. Check out the Google Play Store reviews and you'll see lots of people with similar issues.

Freezing PC

Since installing on Windows 10 my pc has frozen on frequent intervals because of NordVpn and I can only turn off the pc by long press of the power button. I have written to them many times and had no real technical expert analysis. They even suggested uninstalling other apps that have caused me no problems! Even though I told them that when using NordVpn and it freezes when I restart the only app that doesn't work is NordVpn so it's obviously the cause. I have never had to uninstall and ...

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Nord VPN would not open after years of use and no one woulod help me reinstall the VPN. I tried li=ve chat and e-mail and no useful info. I love this advice. Close down the computer and then rrestart and after you restart click on this link. LOL My computer is way to slow and things like Amazon and Netflix are wise to it. Losyt 85$ to thgese russian mobsters. Never again.

Just a big scam really, get a better VPN

Way too expensive, not enough servers, if you use this for gaming, chances are somebody has been banned on the IP you're playing on.Oh and, cancelling is harder than running a marathon. I thought I cancelled 2 months ago, little did I know they send you a confirmation email without telling you when you cancel, so i spent 2 months without realising I didn't cancel it.

Sehr viele Aussetzer

Sehr viele Aussetzer, über die man auch nicht informiert wird. Die Internetverbindung geht einfach nicht mehr, man muss selbst die Verbindung mit dem VPN Server beenden. Auch sind diese Aussetzer in der Regel sehr lange, über mehrere Stunden.
