I live in an internet restricted country so having access to a reliable VPN is critical to being able to access the web. I've been using Nord for over a year now and I've been extremely happy with the service! I've had to contact support only twice since signing up and their agents are simply the most patient & persistent I've encountered. They will work with you until your connection works!

Excellent VPN product

I purchased a VPN service to mask my activity on the web. It opened up many more opportunities I was not aware off or knew that I needed. What was even more impressive, is the tech support. They were very helpful and was able to understand my issues and provide on point solutions. Their price for a 3 year contract is worth it.I highly recommend them.

Don't believe their hype...

Been with them nearly two years but having just traveled to Egypt we could not get the VPN to work. Multiple too-ing and fro-ing with their help desk who suggested some tweaks over a few days but no luck. Desperately I tried ExpressVPN and it worked straight away, with no customised settings. I asked Nord to refund or credit the remaining days (as their product is no use to me here) they just pointed out that the 30 day money back offer has passed - they just cancelled the renewal due at ...

I really enjoyed the application and all of it's gadgets. I'd recommended this to my friends or family.

Painless cancellation and pleasant service.

Easy to use and a lot of servers, but I didn't need the service very long (change of plans) and was able to cancel within the 30 days painlessly. If I have a need for a VPN, I'll certainly be back.

Blazing fast speeds, good feature set, easy software, and great support

I signed up for NordVPN as a first-time VPN user. I thought it would either limit my bandwidth or add a lot of latency. It did neither using their NordLynx protocol. It was virtually transparent when letting it automatically choose the fastest server. The apps on Windows and Android made it no trouble at all to connect to any of 5000+ servers all across the globe, even for P2P-compatible servers.While everything worked great for me, I really didn't find myself using the service much after ...

Falsche Preisangaben

Falsche Preisangaben! Das Abo sollte 50,15 $ plus 9,53 $ Tax also 59,68 $ kosten. Bei Paypal wurden dann plötzlich (59 $ plus 11,21 $ Tax) 70,21 $ abgebucht. Das Servicecenter meinte das seien Steuern, die der Zahlungsprovider erhebt. Ich habe das Abo sofort wieder gekündigt, da ich das höchst unkorrekt finde.

Super efficient chat help from Stephen!

I had a small snag today getting my NordVPN to connect on my Mac. Stephen, on chat, chimed right in and asked an apparently relevant question because his suggestion immediately solved my issue. I don’t normally like chat troubleshooting but if all consultants were as efficient and knowledgeable as Stephen, I would have no issues at all with this mode of seeking help. Thanks Stephen!

Horrible, lots of issues

Horrible.. The Windows 10 App never worked right and the Chrome extension can be as bad. Sometimes the Chrome app requires you randomly sign in. Why? Tech support is very technical and not user friendly and sometimes slow. They had me set up a network configuration on my PC to get it to work but is such a hassle. I also noticed that even though i have a ~600meg network connection with my ISP, I get half and mostly much less when using their server. And various servers do not render websites ...
