Nord vpn is really easy to use and is a reliable vpn server, I would recommend to anyone looking to use vpn. Im completely new to vpn and this has been very easy to adjust to. I had asked for some assistance via the live chat in regards to setting up on amazon Firestick and the customer service was great! They were patient, friendly and helped answer all of my questions. 5 stars all round service! Thank you!!

Poor customer service.
I tried to test out NordVPN for a month. It appeared that I was purchasing one month of service. Was not able to use the service as it ended up being incompatible with my server. Apparently the subscription was put on autopay where I was billed for three consecutive months via credit card. Tried to politely request a credit for the last two payments. They would not agree to credit any of the three payments even though I never used the service. Recommend not using this company.

No refund after half an hour payment........
I went for the trial period, their servers cannot host wireguard protocol so they are useless to me.I got an email with 45ish pounds and after half an hour I contacted their support to ask for a refund.I was in good faith I explained that I use wireguard protocol and their services cannot fit with it.No way to get a refund.11% one star results for poor reimbursement to good customers is not the way to work especially when you have a high score for the people that use your systems.
