I've had NordVPN for several years now

I've had NordVPN for several years now, and have recommended it to several family members. It's intuitive interface makes it easy to configure and use. A single click turns it on to the "best" site available or you can choose from sites around the world. I always renew when it's on sale, but it is a great service at a fair price.

Scammy and misleading renewal

Scammy and misleading renewal, useless customer service. Received an email prompting me to renew, didn't respond to it, so assumed my account was not autorenewing. My service even stopped for a month or so prompting me to renew in order to continue using the service. Only to later on be charged and find out that my account magically reactivated. Tried to cancel the charge with customer service, only to be told that it is in their ToS and that they will do nothing about it. Customer service ...

As many have explained, this company are crooks. Tom Okman you are a crook.I actually cancelled my subscription via the My Billing section on the 30th day. The status changed to Cancelled, and you then receive an email that you have to click - so basically you have to cancel twice (they don't notify you of that part). NordVPN is refusing to give a refund, after I inadvertently forgot to cancel the auto renewal.I only noticed seven days after the payment went through.However, under the terms of the UK consumer credit act; which applies because payment was made by a UK credit card.
