Beware - obstructive cancellation policy

Updated following comments from NordVpn: The cancellation process leads you to believe it is completed online, but there is an additional step - clicking a link in an email with the subject: Confirm Auto-renewal cancellation. The purpose of this additional step can only be to deceive users into another months' payments when they either lose the email in spam, or mis-read the title and assume that it is a confirmation from Nord of the cancellation. This is consumer deception verging on fraud.

I've purchased the service via their website nordcheckout. I've paid for the product and unable to use it nor log-in because Nord stupid system asks me to verify my e-mail locking me and preventing doing any further action. The codes don't arrive even after multiple attempts of resending (yes, I've checked my spambox). Have been using NordVPN for ages now, always reliable and high uptime and speed connections are the name of the game. If you need to be annonymous online, i'd suggest going with them.

Außerdem gibt es keine Einfache Möglichkeit seinen Account zu löschen also damit vermutlich auch Probleme wenn man bezahlen muß und kündigen will das geht nur per Formular ausfüllen. Nicht Zeitgemäß!

Nothing better than a spam factory

Nothing better than a spam factory, I wouldn't touch this crowd with the first digit of my bank account number. Absolutely endless over-selling emails to my email address they purchased from a scraper! I never gave it to them. Despite many requests they refuse to alter their appaling behaviour.

Demian assisted me via live chat. The wait was not long at all, maybe a minute. Real swift and nice service. I was surprised how quickly I was issued a refund and how nice their staff are.

Not a fan....

I liked this VPN at first but over the years I have come to really dislike it. It always makes my computers crash, takes ages to connect and they are sneaky with the auto-renewal. Will be looking for a new supplier.
