NordVPN is unreliable in making connections
NordVPN is unreliable in making connections.It stops working to often. ie. sites won't let me connect with it on. I keep gong to NordVPN help web site to find fixes, but they only help temporarily.There got to be a better VPN app out there.

They made each launch a headache.
I was a long-time user of this product, but I'll change it soon. They made each launch a headache. They log me out every time, asking me to log in using the browser, proving that I'm a human with CAPCHA etc. So terrible user experience after months of reliable service. Avoid!

As per another review below, I experienced the same. Cancelled online only to discover when I next got charged that in fact there is another cancellation confirmation step via email. Absolute joke no other company does this. They can see that I attempted to cancel yet not interested in refunding. They don't care about you or your security
They don't care about you or your security.Instead of informing me that my account was possibly compromised so I could protect myself or activate 2FA. Instead, they said I was "potentially web scraping", suspended my account, refused to provide any proof and stole my money.

Tv blackout fixed.
I just signed up for the vpn so I could watch local sports that were blacked out on espn plus. At first it didn't work on my tv so I used the chat bot and got to a person. They helped me fix it so the game wasn't blacked out anymore. It only took like five minutes. So far so good nord.

Arthur is a Rockstar
I had a really solid customer service experience with NordVPN. My IP was leaking because I didn't set anything up correctly. There was many bumps and turns in the road... but Arthur was there every step of the way with me; answering any questions, and coming up with helpful solutions to my problem. I got help in the wee hours of the morning, I was pleased that help was online at that time. Seriously the best help desk interactions I've had as a customer.
