My NordPass stop working
My NordPass stop working, so I went to chat with Benjamin. He walked me through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the Nordpass app. It worked!I was please that is was easy to fix the app with Benjamin's help.

Reset Fun
Reset Fun: I spent the better part of the afternoon wondering the difference between a Recovery Code and Backup Codes (which I had). The latter were useless in helping me get back in despite all my attempts and efforts. Christopher helped me reset my account, which still wasn't working or allowing me in. Good customer support
I had created Nord Pass months previously but hadn't used it. When I went to use it later, I had forgotten my Master Password. As I hadn't created a Recovery Code, I could not access my account.I used the Nord Pass Live Chat and Talia quickly reset my account and walked me through the process. She was polite, patient and professional. The problem was quickly rectified.

Perfect support
It's the second time I use Nord apps' support. It's the second time it's wonderful. The people answering always took the time to answer everything, or redirect me to the correct resources. The reply is often fast and we can feel that they genuinely want to help.They also always ask if I need anything else. It's honestly a really good experience I couldn't ask for more

While I loved all of Nord's products so far…
While I loved all of Nord's products thus far, unfortunately, NordPass didn't land among them. I've been using it for about 2 months now, having moved to it from LastPass and I can't say I'm satisfied.The installed software is actually quite good, but the password sharing functionality is very clunky compared to LastPass and requires you to enter a recipient's email to share the password to even if they're already your trusted contact for every single one of your passwords you want to ...

Quick and Easy
After hearing about the major security breach that happened on Twitch, I decided it was high time I used unique passwords across my accounts. I came across the product after a YouTuber I was who was sponsored by NordVPN mentioned that NordPass was also a thing. I decided to check it out and took advantage of one of their many sales.
