Nord is the Best Support I've Ever Contacted

My question on how to copy and paste into the vault was answered quickly and efficiently.Polite and friendly chat agent.Have had other chats concerning install, billing and other issues, Nord Support is always responsive and customer friendly. I am impressed, and I do not impress easily.

Great Customer Care Experience

I have installed NordPass to evaluate the free version before deciding whether or not to commit to the paid version and had cause to use the online Customer Care chat functionality twice when I had questions that I needed support with. On both occasions a Nord representative responded within minutes and each was very helpful. Fraud response is very slow

I had a Nordpass setup by someone pretending to be me. I contacted Nordpass and told them. They seemed to think it was fine and I should just change the passwords of the account someone else setupThe delete account form on the site does not have a option to say someone else setup the account and I dont have the details they want without logging into the account I didnt setupWorse still the Delete Process due to Fraud will take days and follow an email process -EDIT - in response to comment ...

I worked with Webster concerning a few…

I worked with Webster concerning a few difficult problems. They helped me through all of my problems very quickly and kept it easy to understand. Idk what Webster is getting paid but they need a raise. I rarely leave feedback on any products that I use but the service was truly above and beyond. 5 stars all around.
