Efficient support via Chat
All my password had suddenly disappeared from the vault. I reached out to the customer service via chat and Christopher immediately supported me. He was quick and efficient and I rapidly solved my problem with no major consequences.

Great Password Manager

Installing Edge Extension in NordPass
I have finally chosen NordPass as my preferred Password Manager. Paying for it and downloading was simple, as was importing 100+ passwords from Keeper (my previous trial). However, adding MS Edge as an extension was deeply confusing. I raised a chat call - straight in at Position 1 ! Benjamin was very helpful and sent me a couple of links which did the job - don't know how, but the extension was confirmed as being added in OK. Excellent Customer Service!
The Customer Service rep reached via the chat option was extremely helpful and prompt in replying. There were no long pauses between responses, as I have experienced with other businesses, and the rep was patient and helpful. A+
