Highly Recommended
I have used NordPass for a while, along with NordVpn. These applications are tremendous for keeping private information private. Nordpass has allowed me a simple, secure way to store my passwords. This, in turn, saves me time throughout the day.

Excellent Technical Support Service
I have worked with both Tate and Christopher via the Tech Support Chat feature. Both Tate and Chris worked fast and were very responsive. The wait time for each interaction was under 60 seconds. I would give the chat feature, along with Tate and Chris, 10/10.

Quick, simple and straight forward.
I requested for an account reset and within a minute, customer support, Christopher, replied. I was able to reset my account after a couple minutes of talking to him. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, helpful.

Great product, perfect support. I love it!
Benjamin in the support chat was really helpful resolving an issue I have with logging in on Linux, and also had other tips too. The solution was uninstall the Flatpak (which isn't supported anyway) and install the snap. Just FYI. I had a couple other comments that they were really thankful for and said it meant a lot to their team... which included the "trash" functionality... I'm currently cleaning up duplicate entries after importing my passwords and a couple times I accidentally deleted ...

Fast response time
Had some issues with my password but this was resolved in about 5 minutes thanks to the live support chat. Benjamin was quick, straight to the point and settled my issue.

I bought a new router a few months ago…
I bought a new router a few months ago and wanted a VPN service to connect with it. NordVPN had a really good deal on Black Friday, but I wasn't smart enough to check if my router is compatible with NordVPN. So for that reason, I wanted to have a refund. First I had a chat with a bot that connected me with customer service agent Teddy. We had a light chat about the reasons behind the cancellation and refund. After that, he canceled my subscription and presented info about the refund.
