I was having problems with the Autofill…
I was having problems with the Autofill and tried the NordPass Live Chat and it went pretty well! The staff was kind and casual which made everything easier to understand. I sincerely recommend it!

Yeah, so I've been a customer for awhile. I'm into my 4th year I guess. And I use fingerprint to log into my phone.I cut my finger.Intelligently, I only had a single fingerprint setup.And now I can't log in.I got on tech support chat with Benjamin. Forgot Master Password and didn't have Recovery Code
Customer service was great! I had just set up my account and messed something up with my master password. I hadn't had the opportunity to set up a recovery code so I was panicking that I just spent all this money and now I can't even access it. I popped into chat and Benjamin helped me reset my account really quickly and answered all of my questions! I greatly appreciate his help today!

Subscribed by mistake
I was trying to subscribe to Nordvpn but accidentally took the bundle with Nordpass with it. So I requested a refund for Nordpass but they couldn't cause it was a bundle. So they cancelled/refunded my payment (in 5-10 days) so I can re-subscribe to Nordvpn only, again. And then they gave me a free 3-month subscription to Nordpass premium so I can try it. I think that's a good way to let people try the service and help a customer out. Cheers!

I had an issue where I had lost my master key and password. Nathan from the support team quickly and professionally resolved my issue. I would definitely recommend this product.
