Nordpass Vault Lockout.
I had recently installed Nordpass on my laptop but encounter an issue after losing my Master Password & Recovery Code. Hopped onto Nordpass the support site and explained my situation to Customer Care Support. Spoke with Benjamin who asked me a couple of questions regarding my situation and was extremely quick and efficient in resolving it. I am extremely pleased and delighted with the way Benjamin had helped me out. I couldn't ask for better service.

Quick and Professional
Had a little issue getting started. I notified customer care and worked with Nathan to have the problem resolved. Took 2 minutes and all was done quickly and professionally to my liking. Great service.

Excellent product with an equally wonderful support team
I, like a dummy, set up my account late at night and managed to completely forget my master password before I had even set up the app. Aubrey from the customer care team helped me rectify everything. NordPass is great and I travel much more comfortably knowing my passwords are safe.
