Great cost for a wide suite of features
Great cost for a wide suite of features I recommend anyone who has more than 5 online accounts pick up NordPass, it's just easy to use and great to have. It's also excellent value for money if you purchase it using one of the many discount codes or deals available from sponsored internet personalities. A modern application for any person navigating the internet with the obscene amount of accounts we have to create these days.

Cancelling within the 30 Day Grace Period - Brilliant :-)
I chatted with Kingsley and asked if I could cancel my Nordpass account within the 30 day grace period. He was brilliant and handled the matter very quickly and efficiently. Most pleasant experience. It once again reaffirms my impression from using NordVPN that this is an excellent company. Kudos to Kingsley!

Great features like saving passwords for all internet sites you visit & use. Store your personal info and credit cards safely and encrypted. Use the Password Generator for all your logins. Check the Data Breach Scanner if your personal info is out there to be exploited, act first... Check your passwords strength level. Store different security notes. Secure your internet life before somebody takes it & controls you & your assets...Plain...Simple & cheap...

Kingsley offered me all the information I requested at the speed of lightening. Kingsley is a good man (or whatever pronoum Kingsley prefers) who will help anyone with any concern. I have had no issues with Kingsley what so ever. Kingsley even offered me more info I could ever imagine. You should keep staff like Kingsley. Kingsley was very Corona-cautious at our meeting. Kingsley helped me.

Even better..
I switched from another password manager simply because I like NordVPN and they had a good offer on for NordPass. I was expecting a similar experience at the very least. To my surprise I actually find this more user friendly and intuitive than what I was using before. I'll certainly be sticking with NordPass.

I had an issue with updating the app
I had an issue with updating the app. I tried to solve the problem myself with no result so I used the chat window provided on the site: Benjamin replied promptly and thanks to his advices and links I was able to solve the issue. All done within minutes of my request. So far great support.

Browser Extension Repairs
My NordPass browser extension for Edge stopped working. Benjamin took the time to walk me through the necessary uninstalls and reinstalls to correct whatever had previously been corrupted. He stayed online with me until all the steps were complete. Great customer service - thank you.
