Sophie and Benjamin great support
Sophie and Benjamin were fantastic support, I had a niggling issue which I couldn't quite figure out on my own. They were patient, friendly and well humoured which is rare from customer support interactions I usually have from other companies. They were able to solve my issue quickly and the passing from one to the other was both appropriate and seamless. Thanks Nord! (Updated due to typo)
