I had a serious challenge on the app…
I had a serious challenge on the app for about 4 to 5 months and I've tried to get it fixed on my own. I didn't budge to take my problems to the help center because of my past notion but today I finally did. My impressions about Customer care were completely false. I was listened to and attended to most swiftly and conveniently by Sophie. She is the real deal! Nordpass is the real deal!
