Make sure to save your password for your password manager! Oh the irony
I made the stupid rookie mistake of setting up my NordPass password organizer and I forgot the most important thing which was writing down the password and recovery code somewhere. Unfortunately when I was ready to use it, I couldn’t. But thankfully Christopher was there to save the day and help me reset my account and helped me get a fresh start. And he did it without making me feel dumb. Thanks Christopher!

Great app and great assistance
I'm a 2 years old happy subscriber of NordPass that helps me to manage a lot of password for my clients (I'm a freelance). When I had a small issue, Kinglsey from the custumer support helps me to solve in 2 minutes in a very clearly way. For me, after a lot of attempts with password management app, NordPass was the perfect solution!

Jade came to the rescue when my dumbass couldnt figure it out
I was having repeated issues with the chrome extension and application from keeping me logged in, but thankfully Jade was there to guide me through it and get it to work again!
