The tech was excellent (forgot his name, sorry). It may have been late at night and phone traffic was low, but he was very quick to respond, courteous and experienced. He answered my question(s) within seconds and even offered to email the chat session when I asked. I have had nothing but great experience with all Nord products and the top notch support is just icing on the cake. I had an issue, and a quick resolution to it.
I had an issue with my email address on my newly created NordPass account. Jonathan kindly and promptly made the necessary correction. He saved me from having potential stresses prompted by MY error.

Accidentally purchased the Nord Account…
Accidentally purchased the Nord Account bundle with both Pass and VPN. I didn't need the Nord Pass account so I explained my situation to Aubrey who came in the chat with so much positivity. We sorted everything out and she even included a 3-month trial for the NordPass. It was so kind - I might even switch over now! 10/10

NordVPN seems to have the best customer…
NordVPN seems to have the best customer service I've ever experienced. Especially, Kingsley, they were very quick in solving my problems and helping me out. Please give Kingsley a raise, because they were so kind and understanding and just wonderful at providing customer service. Due to this wonderful experience I have because of Kingsley, I will stick with NordVPN for a long time!
