Have used this service for several years now, experiencing exceptional value-for-money and back-up. Unfortunately (my fault) lost access to NordPass and had to contact Customer services which provided me with excellent quick advice to reset my account Thoroughly recommended VPN provider The Customer Services Colleague as called Benjamin

Fastest service ever..
Fastest service ever... Didn't have to wait for more than 2 minutes and I had a Benjamin helping me... Five minutes later and my problem was fixed!

I accidentally purchased the wrong NORD, all cleared up now
I accidentally purchased the wrong NORD subscription. I started a live chat with Sophie who was incredibly helpful and cancelling what I purchased so I can purchase the product I originally intended to purchase. Highly recommend the live chat as it's nice to speak and explain to a real person what went wrong. She cleared everything up in about 5 minutes. Thanks Sophie ^^

NordPass Customer Service Gets the Problem Solved!
I had just installed the NordPass app on my laptop, and was having issues signing into it. I had uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, and when that failed, I went to NordPas Customer Service. I was assisted by Andrew, and after asking a couple of diagnostic questions, he was able to provide me with the solution to my dilemma. Love the services provided by NordVPN and NordPass, and the customer service is top-notch!

Excelent software and great customer support
Excelent software. One time I had some problems logging into my account and contacted their live chat. They connected me to their customer support agent Benjamin, who was quick and very helpful indeed. Everything was solved in no time.

I needed to reset my account
I needed to reset my account, and the issue was resolved literally in less tha 5 minutes. I've chatted with Benjamin online, which was super effective.
