Christopher helped me out today and was excellent at his job. He always knew what step to take at what point and he was very patient with me, which us old codgers appreciate quite a bit. Needless to say he resolved my issues! Very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient! You will be lucky to get Christopher for a support agent if you call on NordPass support!

I had some serious technical questions about NordPass and Grant was a great ambassador for answering them all perfectly. He also took a suggestion I made seriously and was going to escalate it. Thank you Grant and I am impressed with what I have learned about NordPass.

I accidentally purchased NordPass but everything turned out great
I accidentally purchased NordPass while purchasing NordVPN. Since I do not need a password manager, I contacted NordPass to cancel the subscription and the experience with the customer service was smooth. Benjamin, the agent that helped me, attended to my request and canceled my subscription. He wanted me to try NordPass either way so he gave me three months of NordPass Premium for free. I will try it and, who knows... I might get hooked! Benjamin is indeed a great helper and a better ...

I really feel safe keeping my passwords with NordPass. It's easy to add the usernames and passwords. Now, I just need to remember two passwords, it makes easier online experience.
