Solving an error message

I was having a problem opening the APP, constantly receiving an error message telling me to try again later. After a number of attempts I connected with the chat option on line and was lucky enough to chat with Nathan and Jonathan, who went over and beyond to help me. Not only are they very well versed in the APP, they're incredibly patient and very professional. I can't say thank you enough for your help. I'm up and running again!
