I had issues with my account showing me…

I had issues with my account showing me that my plan had become inactive even though I had paid for a 2-year subscription. The live representative Adam had asked to relog into the account and use the original email that I had registered the product with. Adam was super helpful and was able to help me resolve my issues!

Support for a dedicated IP issue went very smoothly

I got in contact with support because of trouble understanding how the dedicated IP for the NordVPN service was meant to be purchased. Lucas quickly figured out the issue and walked me through the process to get everything sorted. Painless and fast!

Denzel with customer Service…Nord Password manager and VPN

Denzel with customer Service immediately helped me resolve an issue I had with the extension/Chrome problem I had. Very nice nowadays usually have to wait 2 days with other companies I've dealt with. I use the VPN service along with the Password Manager. The password manager found breaches at certain websites. I LOVE security so I really like this feature. The Vpn works great as well. PERFECT. In trying to set up NordPass on my iMAC & on my wife's iPad & iPhone, I add problems which lead me to having 3 Web Chats with NordPass. On the 1st & 3rd occasion I was assisted by Kingsley.
