I managed to stall NordPass on my iPhone, but I just spent an efficient 10 minutes on chat with Aubrey, who walked me through all potential fixes with patience. And charm! She said, "alrighty" twice. Customers like me are so annoying - I barely know what browser I'm on most days. But there was no judgement. Just swift, swift help. Well done Aubrey.

My experience with Grant
Today, I needed help. Grant, the person that helped me on my issue was very kind and helpful. He started with a human being conversation and asked me how I was doing. It may seem a bit surprising, but it takes off that robot assistance that we often feel when getting online help. On the help itself, it took him 2min to help me on my issue, and me, 5min to make sure I was doing everything right. Then it was done. Amazing help !

Best UI, easy to use
Before picking NordPass, I did a free trial of the major players. While all of the major password managers will keep your passwords safe, NordPass has the easiest to use UI by far. Their Chrome Extension is also a time-saver. Although I really wish they'd quit offering to update passwords on failed logins. Nord has also been easy to get in touch with, and listens to suggestions for improvement. They're also continually updating the product.
