Logging into NordPass…
NordPass and in particular Grant were very helpful in resolving a technical issue of logging in to NordPass. I was able to chat with Grant immediately and it took a short time to resolve the issue.

I am new in the NordVPN Environment. I made some errors with my setup. Denzel and Andrew had the patience and the knowledge to provide me with instructions to reset everything. They never made me feel under pressure, and they offered me the time to read and follow the instructions.

Great experience.
I was having a settings problem with Nordpass. Started a chat with Jonathan. He was attentive, competent, and patient. I had to reinstall snap to get the Nordpass installation done, and managed to crash the system in the process. All is good.

Gold-standard customer service!
Gold-standard customer service! I had a problem with the version of NordPass I was using but my Mac refused to open the one I downloaded from the internet. Despite it being 4am her time, Sophie at NordPass patiently walked me through everything i needed to do, with links to the Apple site where needed. It took half an hour but she remained patient and cheerful! A great company...
