Great experience overall!

Had a very quick and professional chat with Jonathan. Very nice professional and could deal even with a frustrating situation of mine the best way possible. I had some issues logging in

I had some issues logging in - after a few emails back and forth with NordPass' customer support, they had me sorted within 24-hours. Can't thank NordPass enough for providing thorough examples of how to correct my issue. Turns out, it was a simple settings change. I would personally like to thank Amando, Garci, and Dante for their hard work!

Great and knowledgeable customer service

I had problems setting up NordVPN with the Mikrotik router. The internet speed would just be so slow. I hopped in with NordVPN customer support, and quickly they identified the cause in the internal configuration of the router - thanks, Leroy!
