Outstanding customer service

I was finding some features of the app a little difficult to navigate so I went on the live chat feature. It was about midday on a Saturday but I still only waited about 15 seconds for an agent to answer me. I couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service I received from an agent called Benjamin.
