Getting Premium Up and Running Quickly
I elected to purchase NordPass Premium but there was some issue and my account only showed the free version. I contacted support and Jonathan was quickly able to locate my payment and get the problem resolved! Thanks so much!

An awesome app with equally as awesome customer service - Thanks Sophie!
Moved from dashlane due to them charging more than I wanted. I use NordVPN daily and had recently heard about NordPass so decided to give it a try with a yearly subscription. The process within the app to transfer my password and notes is seamless and the app is very well designed even supporting m1 macs natively. I did have a billing issue originally but luckily I got an extremely quick response from live chat. Sophie quickly understood the issue I was having and quickly resolved it. ...
