Praise for NordPass
I have nothing but praise for NordPass. All I need to do is remember my account password and my primary password to access all the passwords to all my internet accounts. And I can make notes about stuff relevant to the accounts. NordPass will also generate passwords for sites if you want. I used to be skeptical of password manager sites, but given various endorsements from people I trust, I let go of my anxiety and got on board. Great agent bad product experience
Sophie was an exceptional agent, very fast and understanding my issue was solved in seconds. But I don't like to pay for premium things and have to contact support to have them activated. If you made your payment module to work fine you should also do that with the whole app.

Customer service.
Have been a NordVPN user for some time now. Decided to try NordPass. Seemed I was already a subscriber to this service and hadn't realised. As such I did not have the required log in information. I opened a live chat and was instantly taken care of by their representative, (Grant) who solved my issues within a matter of minutes, and I must say as painlessly as I could have hoped for. I was professionally assisted by "Andrew" on 19 June 2022 pertaining to a problem with my NordPass account. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, understanding and patience in helping me with the situation.
