Excellent Customer Support

My customer support agent Christopher was knowledgeable about NordVPN and NordPass. He resolved both of my issues practically instantly. Furthermore, it took minimal effort on my part because Christopher handled pretty much everything.

User since 2018 I started with NordVPN and it is a solid product that has gotten even better over the years and easier to use. Then I got NordPass which I love the most because I notice how it makes my life easier throughout every day. But the best thing about Nord is that they have great customer service that is always very helpful. I don't waste time on hold and no matter how dumb my question is they are great. Good and easy service, gentle and fast communication

I needed a VPN for an international operation using my work's server, since I was in the Maldives working (...) I couldn't get in the server due to the firewall my work's system had. Thanks to NordVPN, I could overpass this firewall and have acces to my server. When I cancelled my suscription to NordVPN, both the bot, and the human contact were fast and clear.

Christopher in Customer Service Gave me Clarity

With 3 email addresses etc. sometimes I forget where I am - let alone which services I purchase using which email address. Anyhow I got all my passwords confused...and Christopher at customer service was extremely helpful in getting me all sorted out. Thanks so much
