Sophie was great and helped me quickly

Sophie was great and helped me quickly I was having issues logging in on my NordPass account and she assisted me. In the end I just needed to reinstall the app but yeah, it was easy to contact support and I got help quickly.

New Phone Nordpass App Access blues!

I have a new phone and the backup of my old phone only captured the apps, not any of the data in / related to the app. So, while working through this, I got to my Nordpass app and could not log on. I reached out to Nordpass CS and started a conversation with Jonathan. Once I validated my purchase, Jonathan turned off MFA and I was able to get into the app. Jonathan also sent me the link to reestablish MFA. All in all, an easy process to a frustrating problem. Thank you again Jonathan, Cheers!

BEST CHAT SERVICE EVER

Like everyone else, I'm not a huge fan of online chat, preferring to speak with someone when I have an difficulty. By the time I'm seeking help, I've already tried several times and am frustrated. Today, my experience with Nathan at NordPass's chat site helped me clear up my issue quickly. Not only was he available within seconds, but he knew exactly what I'd done wrong. BEST chat ever. NORD IS THE WAY TO GO.

Had to do a reset on a device, causing the loss of the MFA codes from the Google Authenticator. Needed vpn asap, so I purchased another subsription, got it going, @mfa, etc and now it's time to delete the previous account. I tried a few different routes but recently logged in, went to chat and within 1.3 minutes had a live agent.
