Great customer support!
I forgot my master password and recovery code, fortunately there were no critical items in the account. Thanks to Christopher I was able to reset my account in no time. Very fast response and professionalism!

Helpful and Quick Customer Service
I needed to contact Nord VPN Customer Service when my mobile died. After a full wipe and reset which was the only way to resolve the problem I had lost the MFA (Mutli-Factor Authentication) settings for my Nord account. Everytime I tried to log into my Nord account it would ask for the MFA code which I didn't have and I found no help on Google in by passing it so I could try to get to the settings needed to set up the app again on my phone. My experience
I contacted customer service because I had forgotten the master password and Benjamin replied, who was not only patient but really fast and professional in explaining what I had to do and what it would have entailed, always with kindness. I was really impressed by the seriousness shown to me.

I created a NordPass Premium account…
I created a NordPass Premium account with my apple id but I was signing into the account with my regular email address and I didn't see the premium options for the account. Once I realized that was my problem with the help of Benjamin I will get this resolved. Thank you Benjamin for your assistance and your patience with me . Support was very quick. My premium account was not activated, it took Benjamin less then 3 minutes to get the support and the iusse fixed. Thanks!
