Upgrade to NordPass Business

I have used NordPass for my personal accounts for about a year. I love it! It was only natural for me to upgrade to NordPass Business to give each of my bookkeeping clients their own vaults. That way, they can give me access to their necessary accounts while not needing to give me their personal usernames and passwords.

my experience with using the product

Well I choose this program because it's easy to use and also freemium business model I can upgrade whenever I want or don't want to upgrade and still the password stay and don't frozen in the account and i can create my password so easy and check out my password if it's strong or not

I initially signed up for the Nord VPN & Password Manager Bundle. Excellent services. However, after some days of using the password manager, I've decided to switch from Premium to the Family plan. Unfortunately, Nord, for some reason, does not offer a way to upgrade from Premium directly. So, I went to the support chat. I was ably assisted by Sophie through my predicament.
