Had an account problem and Mick fixed…
Had an account problem and Mick fixed it perfectly while explaining in detail exactly what happened. No pressure for an upsell and made me feel they actually enjoyed having me as a customer. I'll be sticking with Nord for their great service as long as they'll have me.

Easiest password co,to set up
I Just created an account with NordPass password manger and I had some questions that where answered and got the help I needed. I had an account with another password managing co that I will now delete. The contact Chandler walked me through the set up. I recommend you look into NordPass John

Quick and efficient customer support
I needed to have my NordPass vault restored so I used the LiveChat option to get support. I was helped by Benjamin who was very quick to answer and provided clear instructions. I got my issue resolved within just few minutes :)

using nordvpn on business trip.
I contacted the rep. whose name is Joel, about that I will travel to Taiwan from hk. I won't be back in a month. He was kindly enough to explain that I can keep the way hk device is working and use other deice from Taiwan without problems. My concern was that having hk device comnected and tw devices connected, they may consider I share vpn. Joel said they don't have a strict rule for vpn sharing among families and I am bullet-proof in this case. I used to use another vpn they have ...

This is my experience with NordPass customer service. I purchased a NordPass subscription but decided to cancel it a while later so I issued a refund via the online chat service. The agent assisting me, named Evelyn, was quick to assist me with my problem and I have had no bad issues.

NordPass helped me find a workaround
Benjamin helped me find a workaround for my lost credentials. This saved me a lot of time because the website I'm trying to access has a lousy customer support system so resetting my password would be a long process.
