I couldn't get to my account.

I was having trouble logging in to my NordPass account. It was very strange, when I tried to login it just came up with a blank screen. I got on Nord chat help with Kurt and we got it fixed. He didn't give up on me. It took a while to figure it out, but everything is good now. I am very happy with his help.

CS Rep was invaluable assisting with product selection

CS rep, Nathan was very patient and thorough in assisting with my myriad questions regarding the Nord product suite. He was successful in helping me to understand options and make my selection. Nathan was a good representative of the Nord line and is to be commended. Overall the NordPass/VPN/Locker suite is not intuitive in product selection or using referral codes.
