Great security and fast and excellent support !

Many applications do the same thing, more or less. At NordPass I discovered a functional and secure application, but most of all I was impressed with the chat support. Kurt, thanks for the super fast and quality support !

Import trouble!

I was having trouble getting my imported passwords to upload and Kurt was wonderful in helping me. I had edited my import and had to go back and use the original export from my previous password manager. Thank you so much Kurt.

Changing from NordPass Premium to Family

Wrong subscription purchased

EDIT - No problem after all - 5 stars / Would be perfect if a big flaw was not making the use painful

Thanks for the support. Problem was mine, not NordPass. Définitely a 5 stars solution. --- Almost perfect, but A BIG FLAW is making the use painful : for the 1st connection, or after a long period not using the extension (eg a night sleep), you need to connect to your Nord Account BEFORE entering your master password to connect to your password vault...???!!! What a shame when your Nord Account password is complex, and save in the vault...Where it should be. So, NO, as all the classic ...

Being new to NordPass I had to use the chat service when trying to change a password. The response from NordPass was instant, informative and helpful. By way of comparison, try chatting to Microsoft support!!!!!!!
