Dante helped me after Benjamin dumped me for taking too long. Although my issue is not resolved, I am hopeful Nord will expedite the process to fix the issue.

I had forgotten my master password.
I had forgotten my master password and recovery and was a bit stuck as to what to do. However the live chat advisor called Dante Sanchez helped me get my account reset no problem. They were polite and efficient. Excellent service from the advisor.
