Very fast and very concise
I had lost my master password and recovery code for my account, but thanks to Estrella Lopez on the recovery/support team, it was able to be reset in just a few minutes. Very clear directions were given with a very quick response time.

What to do if you lose your master password AND recovery key for a Password Manager software? Online chat with Alex, who was was completely nonjudgmental, helped me through a problem with the wrong program version as well. Ready to start using the software and feeling safe with their 24/7 support should I need any further help down the line.
