Nord Pass Assistance
Misplaced Nord Password; needed to get in without getting a new password; wanted to use Password Recovery method. Representative "Kelly" was very helpful, led me in right direction, solving problem! NORD is great VPN and its representatives are very knowledgeable and attentive.

Nord Customer Service
So I saw where Nord Pass showed that it was free for a lifetime. So I contacted Nord Pass Customer Service and its true. While you can only have 1 active session with any product you may own, whether it be iPhone, Windows Computer, Android device its good to have your passwords backed up or to have Nord Pass create a complicated password for you to store. moving to NordPass, 5 stars!
I became disappointed with the performance & stability of Dashlane, I had been very happy with Dashlane for some years, growing to have just over 1000 passwords. One day the iPhone app just wasn't the same, crashed, hung, took ages to load, so I tried NordPass, I'm happy with my password manager again, it works, moving my passwords was as simple as any export/import task. NordPass Support is great too, had a good conversation and was up and running in minutes. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

LOCKED OUT!
Basically I could not get into my NordPass, I changed Master Passwords, Recovery Codes , everything. I contacted support and they helped but still locked out. At the point of me giving up and using a different Password Manager, NordPass support wouldn’t give up! Just try one more thing. It worked. NordPass Support....5*

NordPass is New and Unfamiliar
NordPass is a new feature to me, in which I am, or shall I say, was, unaware of how to utilize particular features.I joined the Nord support team chat and was greeted by Johnatan. Great service and Great Support
I had a problems regarding my account login and I contacted live chat and the support was super quick and my issue was solved within 5 minutes. Not only that, everytime I contacted them, the support was quick with appropriate solution. The VPN service itself is great adn easy to use.Thank you NORDVPN team.
