You can't call, but chat line operators are very helpful all the same

The service I received from the operator I chatted with deserved 5 stars, as he was was very patient, professional and helpful. The reason I am giving four stars is that Nord does not give you the chance to talk to someone on the phone. This can can make the process awkward and a bit longer sometimes, depending what your issue is. There are also advantages in communicating through a chat line rather than the phone; for example you can easily exchange info through screenshots and pictures. ...

I attempted an update from Version… 3.1.0

I attempted an update from Version 3.1.0 to the latest version. And I get... "Unexpected error has occurred". Please restart the app to continue. If the problem persists, please contact our support team. I contacted them by email. They replied in 24 hours with a complete friendly method to fix the problem. I followed the instructions and was back in business in 5 minutes. Way to go, guys!

NordPass Password Manager Safari Extension

Downloaded NordPass Password Manager for my iMac. Followed the instructions to install the Safari extension but it didn't work (the extension file was not found in the app store). I contacted support and they sent me a revised Safari extension installation procedure. This time it worked like a champ.
