I had issue logging in to my account…

I had issue logging in to my account and I first contacted support via FB and someone gave me the support chat. I chatted with the awesome and helpful agent by the name of Nylah. It took few minutes only and she helped me login to my account easily. Thank you to the support and fast response.

I was skeptical about using NordPass…

I was skeptical about using NordPass Password Manager but I decided to try it. I had some initial problems with installing but I had a online chat with a customer rep from NordPass. the rep passed on my issues to their tech specialist who sent me a clear and concise directions to resolve the issue. I was able to download NordPass for MacOs and start using NordPass. I'm still learning to use NordPass but I'm not skeptical anymore due to their quick response in solving my initial problem. ...

John was so patient with the whole process, even If it was a standard issue. We took so much do to verification and I was the one with the issue. I even gave up on John but John did not give up on me.Great customer service experience. Give this man a raise.

Not all features are mature, but security and customer service are great

NordPass is an interesting new product, competing with a host of other password managers but coming from the folks who have demonstrated their security expertise with NordVPN. Some of the features aside from security are still a bit raw and need some work, but I found their customer service excellent. They didn’t give up and were very patient with my frustration, trying different approaches until the import issue had been fixed.
