Want more customizability for organizing
I really love the company, and I really like the password manager. What get's it down for my part is that I'd like it to be more organized.- Being able to sort/have a quick view by category/folder- Be able to add keywords (as well as able to sort by these)- Ability to customize the look after own preference (What sort of categorizing each person wants, able to toggle and/or add categories etc)- Ability to have Folder within Folder

PC noob made a mistake
Had trouble connecting to nord pass via nord account, I kept getting error issues to disconnect the VPN and try again, even though the app was off. I was then connected to Nylah in support, who was very kind and went through the possible issues until we discovered The app and Extension (Nord VPN) were active at thee same time, which i did not know was a 1 or the other type of deal, while assuring me it wasn't my fault (it clearly was) XD. Thanks again Nylah

I messed up my 2FA in NordPass and…
I messed up my 2FA in NordPass and Johnatan had me back up and running in minutes. Great technical support! I use both NordPass and NordVPN, great applications!

I had an issue with NordPass extension…
I had an issue with NordPass extension in Firefox on a macOS platform. The NordPass Team was quick to reply with a solid solution with instructions. The issue was resolved as soon as I had enacted on the guided solution from the team. I just had to coin the term NORDics ( NordPass, NordVPN and NordLock!) after the great support I have always received from the Support Team on all three of their services. I think they should be called Team NORDics. ;)

Really happy with the application and the service!
Never thought that i wanted to use a password manager that bad. I stumbled across nordvpn thanks to 'the modern rogue' and was delighted by the neat design and easy usage. Afterwards I found the free NordPass Password Manager and figured; I'm already trying to stay safe in the internet, why not taking it a step further and.. oh boy, I'm delighted.
