My desktop app has been glitching a lot lately and after searching online, I decided to contact NordPass. Because I have the free account, I didn't expect to receive a response via email, much less through the chat function. However, I was chatting to a rep within a minute or so of logging in to the app. He told me what I needed to do and BOOM! I'm up and running again. Kingsley was super cool and helpful. Stayed online while I got my issue fixed. I've been using NordPass for four years now ...
