Great livechat experience

I needed to reset my account and chose to use livechat for that. The waiting time was about 30 sec, the agent was very helpful and transparent. I got my issue solved in less than a minute. Well done, NordPass!

So some how within hours of setting up…

So some how within hours of setting up my NordPass, I managed to loose my passwords. Justin in customer service got me fixed up and everything working again.

Trusted software from a great company

I have used this software for one year until now. I don't have any issues, their security features are awesome. Their support team is very acute in their answers. I don't need to remember tons of passwords I only need only one to get access to all my websites.

Excellent Customer Service

This is a review about the customer service I received. I ran into an issue with 2fa, possibly due to setting up Nord Account. Anyways, I was unable to log on because it wanted a code from an authenticator app. However, I was unable to set that up because I could not get a key to set up the app in the authenticator. NordPass load stalled after reboot, support helped me fix it.

NordPass wouldn't load this morning after reboot; there was just a circle spinning. I got on the NordVPN chat, who passed me to the right helper. I was helped to uninstall and reinstall, and helped to understand that it was asking for my NordVPN login, not my NordPass master password. Great support (as usual from Nord), but I wish it hadn't been necessary. I could have looked up and typed a lot of passwords in the time it took to get my access back.
