Long story short
Long story short, I needed my 2FV reset. Went smoothly. The person I chatted with was patient and helpful along the way. I liked how there was other options to send screenshots to the rep. Uploading from my laptop didn't work. Really good security set up.

NordPass account - Two-factor authentication
After factory reset of my phone, my account was blocked since I couldn't setup two-factor authentication. After exchanging few mails with support, and provide them all needed data, two-factor authentication was removed and I got access to my account.They were very professional and help me in short time.

Super professional service desk via chat. Immediate response and resolution. I just wish it was easier to find the link to the service chat. That accounts for the last star missing. Johnatan from support was extremely good and friendly.

I love this support.
Hello,I must say that I love this Support really. I had a communication problem, I understand one thing wrong and this caused a long and time intensive supporting. But the support team was so nice and helpful that we solved the resetting of the 2FA. Now I must say one thing. I will be find it better, the 2FA was enabled not only on the Nordpass product and login only.The 2FA integration in NordVPN is an step in the right way. Thank you.
