Nylah's The Best!

Nylah was a great help! She was very patient and understood my issue and knew exactly how to help me. I really appreciate the kindness and readiness the Nord Team have when handling customers. I'm glad I picked NordVpn. Everything is pretty easy to use and understand and at the same time I feel very secure and valued with NordVpn.

I reset my mobile and then needed to…

I reset my mobile and then needed to use my 2FA and was not able to.The customer service representative (Justin) was awesome and patient as I waited while I find my details so that I can get my 2FA reset.I am rrecommending this service for everyone I know and will stay with NORD and additional services for quite some time.This seems very secure.

helpful even for an idiot

justin was extremely helpful despite me being a tech idiot, he helped me through my problem and to the solution, you should have an option to tip your customer support techs!!! he deserves a raise or at the very least a drink on me!!

NorPass Chat Utililty was very Helpful

NorPass Chat utility was great with Justin providing me quick, professional service. I needed an example of the proper .csv file import format, so that I could import .txt file export data from a competitor's product and not have to manually re-enter all my account data manually. This saved my hours of time. Can't wait to test out my new NordPass Password Manager

I was having trouble running on two machines

I was having trouble running the NordPass on my desktop and my laptop. Not at the same time, but sequentially. I got on the chat at NordPass help and Justin talked me through the process. Now everything works fine. I've only used NordPass on my desktop for three days, but it worked so well that I knew I needed it on my laptop too!
