I had a problem with the setup on…

I had a problem with the setup on NordPass however the very competent support team had me up and running in no time. Excellent customer service, much better than trying to talk with a robot that the other providers have.

They had experts on hand and ready to help immediately regardless of the type if question or nature of issue! Overall very knowledgeable and helpful! And to those who it matters it felt like I was talking to a real person instead of someone parroting a bot. Amazing service!

Wonderful Customer Service

I completely forgot my master pass and recovery code and was able to get back up and running after a very brief interaction with customer service through their web client. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Cool password manager

After 2 years of using Dashlane for daily usage, I discovered Nordpass last semester. It's been great since then. They're improvin' it every month with one new big update. They'd sent one survey several months ago which I completed. Great Service Outstanding Customer Service

Being a brand new Nord customer I did a fair bit of reading reviews before selecting them - aside from the obvious technical / security requirements their customer service was rated very highly.
