I do NOT trust this app

I do NOT trust this app. Tried to like it, but buggy as hell. Reported problems, however, they want me to solve the issue with so many requirements to diagnose THEIR app, I uninstalled this thing and hope all of passwords were not exploited by this company. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but it won't remember to fill in the user interface as it did before...what ELSE is it doing?

Great service

Great service. Everyone was clear, investigative of my issue, and even though the ticket was answered by multiple people, they all were on top of the ticket and issue. Very impressed with this service so far!

Couldn’t log in due to 2FA

I had been locked out of my account because my 2FA was on my old phone, so I contacted customer support. I think the agent that connected with me was Tatia? She helped me through the process and was very patient!

NordPass issue quickly fixed!

I was having lock out issue with my Password Manager so I used the chat feature on the NordPass site. So I detailed my issue in the message and sent it in. With in a matter of 2 minutes or less Talia entered the chat introduced her self and immediately went to work to resolve my issue. She very quickly came up with a solution and gave me the links needed to fix the problem and waited on stand-by while I completed the process.
