I forgot my masterpassword

I forgot my masterpassword, contacted live chat and they resolver my problem very shortly. So customer service is very good. 5 star.

Very Quick and Hepful Cusomter Service

I logged in to customer support when i forgot my password. After verifying my identiy i was able to review trouble shooting techniques with the customer support person and they were able to reset my account quickly and allow me back into the service while staying on the line with me while i reset everything. Wish more customer support was that helpful, thanks Benjamin!
